PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS MAY BE DELIVERED WITHIN 7 - 14 DAYS DUE TO OUR QUALITY CONTROL AND MADE TO ORDER BUSINESS MODEL TO ENSURE ALL ORDERS ARE 100% AND THE QUALITY IS UP OUR STANDARDS. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia will take approximately 6 - 10 working days. Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately 7 - 14 days. For delivery within Australia.

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that delivery delays may occur, and that GET THE BAG will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays. Express Shipping does not cover orders being packed faster, but it does cover orders being sent out quicker through the Australia Post network.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

For International delivery, you should receive your order within 8 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

SPECIALTY RELEASES

All 72-hour releases, 24-hour releases, DTG & DTF items are made-to-order items and are considered specialty releases. As the products are made-to-order, shipping of orders containing these products will occur once the product has been printed. Fulfilment of orders containing these products will occur as they are made available to dispatch. Shipping times of orders containing any of the above products are longer than standard timeframes.

Production timeframes for specialty release items can be 24 hours to 14 days depending on stock held, this will impact order fulfillment for any orders that contain these products. Once the items have been produced orders will be fulfilled from the earliest received.
